Endeavor is committed to providing an environment that encourages free expression, productive dialogue, and an exchange of ideas that enable our organization to change the world one entrepreneur at a time. As such, we expect al event participants to behave in accordance with our values and code of conduct as outlined below. All guests should review the below information and adhere to the standards outlined in this document.
Harassment Free Environment:
Endeavor virtual events bring together people with the sole intent of celebrating, supporting, and promoting high impact entrepreneurship as the best source of wealth and job creation in the world. Endeavor is an inclusive environment and we will not tolerate online harassment of any kind, toward any member of our community or any participant at this gathering.
As an event participant, you understand that Endeavor does not discriminate based on national origin, gender (including pregnancy, gender identity and expression), sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, race, color, age, religion (or lack thereof) or any other class protected by applicable law. We do not tolerate online or offline harassment of staff, entrepreneurs, mentors, donors, or any other category of guest at our virtual event.
To ensure compliance and clarity around Endeavor’s definition of virtual harassment, we have assembled the following definition:
-Comments, whether made in person or online, that create an uncomfortable, offensive, hostile or unwelcome environment
-Intimidation, threatening, or online stalking
-Absolutely no photography, audio or video recordings of interviews or deliberation sessions
-Sustained disruption of talks or other interviews
-Unwelcome sexual attention through online messages
-Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
At Endeavor Selection Panels, we ask all attendees to frame discussions as openly and inclusively as possible and to avoid biases in their conversations with event participants.
Please be cognizant of how language, stereotypes, or images may be perceived by others.
